General Description:

CI&T believes that in order to deliver the best services to our clients, we have to build awesome teams. We are looking for a Scrum Master to join CI&T in Toronto, ON, Canada as we tackle large challenges and bring innovation and business impact to our clients.

Our expectation is that you can bring your experience and passion in Agile Software Development, your understanding or willingness to learn the best way to help a team remove their blocks, and, above all, your desire to continue facing challenging business problems that will demonstrate your problem solving abilities.

 

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for leading a Software Development team to deliver digital products, coach on agile practices and principles, foster a metrics-driven mindset and serve the team on their quest to perform at their peak. Our culture is based on Collaboration and as a Scrum Master, being the example of collaboration will allow you to thrive and fit right in!

You will also be the face of CI&T to our clients, helping lead them with the lean and agile mindset towards better results and meaningful work.

 

Essential Requirements: 

2 to 5 years of proven working experience as a Scrum Master in a Software Development initiative

Excellent communication skills, being able to discuss product requirements with customers

Past experience in a software development, business analyst, or similar role working as part of a Scrum team

Ability to help or write User Stories with the Product Owner 

Experience in agile metrics and team coaching for continuous improvement

Experience with Agile Project Management tools (Asana, JIRA, Pivotal, Trello, others)

Ability to travel (US, Canada) up to 20% of the time, a plus
