As CI&T, a global business solutions company, expands its European presence in Portugal, we are looking for an energetic, multi-talented, and hands-on HR professional to establish, run, and grow our HR Operations, Talent, Training & Development, and Relocation functions.
Develop and manage recruitment and selection processes;
Ensure an exceptional on-boarding process for integrating new employees;
Run compensation and benefits processing;
Lead global relocation processes;
Develop employees’ skills development, career and succession plans;
Monitor and lead internal training activities;
Ensure performance management and evaluation processes run flawlessly;
Provide meaningful analysis of HR indicators;
Ensure regulatory and best practices compliance in all functional areas of HR.
Higher education in Social Sciences or Human Resources Management;
Minimum experience of 5 years in general functions of Human Resources;
Fluency in English;
Good communication skills;
Proactive, dynamic and autonomous profile;
Excellent planning and organization skills;
Good analytical skills and critical sense;
You’ll work in our Lisbon office with occasional local and regional travel opportunities.
Able to give and take daily feedback, solicited and unsolicited, from stakeholders and non-stakeholders;
Flexible/adaptable working style;
Comfortable with collaboration;
